Common questions
Why can't I run another check?
Each account has a fair-use daily limit on checks. The limit resets every day, so you can try again tomorrow.
Why must my question not include my brand name?
The check tests whether AI assistants recommend your company when a buyer asks a question without naming it. A question that contains your brand name would not test that.
Which markets are supported?
United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, India, South Africa and Germany.
Will the result be the same every time?
Not always. A check is a point-in-time observation of one buyer question. AI answers can change from one run to the next.
Does Search Signal Cloud change anything on my website or accounts?
No. A check only reads public information and reports what AI assistants say. It does not change your website or accounts.
